H2O Swim Squad (Pool)

Squad, Membership and Registration Information

H2O Fitness Academy provides year-round swim coaching for swimmers aged from around 8 years through to adults.

Blue Squad – Progressing juniors
Green Squad – Junior development
Nipper Transition Squad – Entry-level junior swimmers (usually LTS Level 7/8)

Swimmers are grouped by ability, not age, and progress as their skills and fitness develop.
